“Last night we ordered through Skip and one of the items was missing. We called and the manager said one would be dropped off right away. He also asked what kind of dessert we would like. We’ve always loved Zanders, the food is great and service is always wonderful. We have experienced two ultra minor hiccups that they have always gone above and beyond to correct. Top notch guys!”

“We had a delightful experience at the Brantford Eastside Mario’s thanks to our Server Aidan Shaw. He was so amazing! He was one of the best servers that we ever had in Ontario! He educated us on all the new menu items, he explained how the “all you can eat works” and took the time to ensure that we made the best choices. We had no idea you could change up your pasta and add sides like meatballs to your dishes! Aside from Aidan’s great service, the kitchen was fast, Wally the Robot was helpful, and the other Servers and host staff all made a concerted effort to work together as a Team! Thank you for a fantastic experience. You guys deserve much praise for all your hard work!”

“Went on Saturday of the long weekend for lunch, had the spinach dip to start, chicken ceasar wrap with waffle fries and my friend had the club with a twist and fries it was the best tasting food, great service and atmosphere. I will for sure be going back!”
