Great commercial on T.V. about the straws, maybe you should do something about your salt & pepper shakers. When they are empty, one of your employees just goes, and gets another one, and throws the empty one in the garbage. Get glass shakers, and refill like the old days.
Placed an order today, 2 teen burg combos with fries, a 3rd teen burg no ketchup, a root beer and a coke. A 3 minute drive home, the receipt was not mine, a fry was missing and the burgers cold. I have workers here so back I go, they were kind enough and replaced the order, got home, fries pipping hot and the burgers, ICE COLD, is it really that difficult????????????
