A nice cozy atmosphere and great attentive service ! 🙃 Only drawback the macaroni was old , like creamy ? Like that storebought macaroni salad stuff . Don't get any macaroni salads , kinda yuck.

I regularly vist east sides and had some bad experiences 😪. But with some recent changes they went from a decent place too eat too a triple A.. the food was better then ever... highly recommend visiting and trying the great food and people here... our server Heather is a veteran here and a great server..
Edit. Came here a few weeks later on Saturday and my food was burnt i asked for a soup and butter for bread it never came 🙃 😅 😑 😐

I have to say I thought the franchise was falling apart with so many negative experiences at my local Burlington Location. This Brantford location was the total opposite great service and the food tasted amazing. Highly recommend checking this location out our party had a great experience.

I was in for dinner and had Lindsay as my server. She was fabulous and so personable, it was such an enjoyable experience for me and my husband. She was great, told us about all the new Parm fest specials that are happening, and was just overall an amazing server. I hope she gets recognized because her customer service is just above and beyond what we’ve experienced anywhere else. Thank you Lindsay for a wonderful dining experience, we will definitely be back and asking for her!

Aiden S was our server. He was excellent and pleasant. It was busy but he always checked in. Most of all he was friendly and kind. He did not know this but my husband just passed away and I was there with my 2 little kids. He took time to chat and be attentive. He was nice without knowing how hard life is for us right now. It's so important to be kind, you never know peoples situations. Thank you for a great meal, great service and some adult conversation:)
