I have never had a good experience making wine from kits, I didn’t like the taste, so I gave up years ago. Mickey convinced me to try hers so we made a premium white wine kit. I still wasn’t fully convinced I would like it and honestly thought I would be pouring it down the drain like most others I did. My wife and I are now doing our second batch!
