Organic virgin olive oil/organic coconut oil is unheard of in the resturant industry, if you know much about oil and the refining process, even an olive oil that is not 'extra virgin' uses chemical solvents like hexane to process. I called freshii, I called pita pit, I called Sociable, Kelseys, Fume, From Scratch, None use decent oils, most Vegi or canola. this is just one or the reasons, I prefer Healthyrabbit.“
