“I’ve been coming to this Freshii location once or twice a week, and I can honestly say I’ve never had a bad experience. The food is always fresh, delicious, and you leave feeling great after eating here.

I especially want to recognize Mani, who goes above and beyond every time I come in. She is always incredibly kind, professional, and attentive, and she makes sure everything is prepared correctly and that there are no issues with my order. Her customer service truly stands out and makes every visit a great experience.

I highly recommend this Freshii location.

“We were in Guelph and looking for something fast but healthy. This place delivered! I’m gluten and dairy free and there were fantastic (most of their products are that naturally). I ate there twice because it was so good and didn’t cause any allergic reactions. Their elderberry lemonade with the passion fruit seeds is delicious as well! Highly recommend“

The owner (the man who served me has got to be the owner - his attention to detail and care says so) encouraged me to get the panini and I'm so glad I did because it was simply delicious! An added bonus is the fresh fruit on the side. So healthy and true to the name Fit For Life. I ate half the panini before realizing I should leave a review, do the photo only shows 1/2 a panini.“

“This is my second visit to this location, and both times they haven’t had pepper and salt sachets available. It feels a bit odd because these are typically placed near the pickup counter for customers at most other locations.

It may seem like a small detail, but little things like this go a long way in creating a better customer experience. Keeping basic condiments readily available would make the service feel more complete and customer-friendly.“
