“Had a great experience at Freshii! The food was fresh, delicious, and full of flavour, making the overall experience even better!
Special thanks to Akanksha for her excellent customer service. She was very friendly, polite, and welcoming. Her positive attitude and warm smile made my visit even better.“

“Went in for the first time. Service was amazing and my lunch / dinner was great. I will be going back“

“I work with my daughter and she solo ordered from this fabulous establishment, sat next to me and as soon as I saw how fresh, healthy and delicious everything looked I got in my car and headed straight there! 15 minutes later I was eating an absolutely delicious order of Lemon & Herb chicken grain bowl- but everything in the showcase looked fantastic. I’ll try Salmon next. I appreciate the big portions. I think I’ve found my new lunch spot!“

“This company went above and beyond for me not once but twice regarding the same order. First, they ensured my order was not sent by Canada Post in case it was held up during a postal strike. Second, they were out of a product after I ordered it, so they substituted with a superior product. And they called me on the phone to explain the substitution. I'm very impressed with this company and wouldn't hesitate to use them again. Thank you Simon!“

“I walked in yesterday and got the best customer service from Lorette, alongside supplements and samples. Lorette is very courteous, patient and kind with answering the queries I had!“

“Large store and alot of items. I like to buy a single item , before I buy in bulk and they have all the built bars and certain protein powders I couldn't find at a local shop.“

“We were in Guelph and looking for something fast but healthy. This place delivered! I’m gluten and dairy free and there were fantastic (most of their products are that naturally). I ate there twice because it was so good and didn’t cause any allergic reactions. Their elderberry lemonade with the passion fruit seeds is delicious as well! Highly recommend“

“Sprouts Restaurant delivered boxed lunches to our work that were very kindly gifted by a client. The individually wrapped boxes were such a delight to receive. The food was fresh and delicious. Each sandwich was meticulously prepared and packed according to different food choices. The cookies were so yummy and hit the right spot. Thank you Sprouts restaurant for the delectable sandwiches.“

“I ordered the chicken panini and large hot chocolate. It was delicious. The owner (the man who served me has got to be the owner - his attention to detail and care says so) encouraged me to get the panini and I'm so glad I did because it was simply delicious! An added bonus is the fresh fruit on the side. So healthy and true to the name Fit For Life. I ate half the panini before realizing I should leave a review, do the photo only shows 1/2 a panini.“

“Very healthy smoothies, with the option to add in protein for work out :) The green smoothies are my favourite!“

“Great food! Options for everyone! Fresh and great portions!“
