We come here often and brought our daughter for her tenth birthday. We were seated in the back room at 5pm and it quickly got busy. Hailey (with the red hair and glasses), was an absolute pleasure. She ran that whole back room on her own with multiple big parties. We found out she is newer to waitressing and were blown away by how great she was.

I’m really disappointed with my recent order from Hudson Public. I ordered a plate of nachos through Skip and the experience was terrible. The food arrived cold, the box was open, and to make it worse, there was a hair in my food. Completely unacceptable. I expected way better quality and care from this restaurant. Definitely not ordering again unless things improve.

Went here before a show at the Sanderson Centre. Food was great! (One of the best fish and chips I’ve had, and I’ve had MANY) drink specials were terrific and our waitress was terrific. Place was packed and she still managed to keep checking in on us and had our bill quickly so we were out in time for our show. I’d recommend making a reservation if you plan on going to a show.

I had the Extreme pleasure of dining at Hudson Public House last night before a show at Sanderson Centre. When I say EXTREME, that is an understatement! I don't know which was better, the food, the service, the atmosphere or staff! The wings were great! The staff here is incredible, and I might add, beautiful, and from the very second you walk in the door, the greetings are phenomenal! Do yourself a favour! Go to Hudson Public House! Hopefully you have the pleasure of having Larissa as your server! Amazing!

Past few experiences there have been subpar. Overly greasy fish. Incredibly slow service. Most recent visit, waited 20 minutes without any interaction with a server. Not even a drink order. Chose to leave. Caught the eyes of a few tables nearby. Management really needs to work on staffing. More servers. Attention to sitting customers.

I visited for the first time for a birthday party with a group of seven. Unfortunately, the food was very disappointing. I ordered the perch dinner with fries, my niece ordered a grilled cheese, and her boyfriend had chicken wings with fries — all of which were served cold. The fries, chicken, fish, and grilled cheese were all cold when they came out. Three people at the table ordered steaks, which were okay, but overall the experience left me unhappy.

Wings 8 bucks Sunday night specials. 5 dollar Caesar . Really great for cost and wonderful bar tender. Made the drink perfectly not sweet at all.

The chicken wings were amazing. Crispy and juicy and saucy! My pineapple drink was perfect! Our waitress was very informative and super friendly. Great spot. Sitting on the patio was nice, a few fruit flies tried to land on my food otherwise it was overall 10/10
