I recently visited KFC and was disappointed at first because my order took much longer than expected to be prepared. It was frustrating having to wait, especially since the restaurant wasn’t overly busy. However, once the staff realized the delay, they made a genuine effort to make things right. They apologized for the inconvenience and added extra wings along with a complimentary drink to my order. That gesture really turned the experience around. While the wait was not ideal,...

I came through drive thru around 6 pm. I ordered 2 three piece meals with gravy instead of drinks.
Got all the way home and discovered there was no gravy in the bag.
Very disappointed.

The food was great- but no places to sit inside that were appropriate.
Service could have been better, they didn't know what was on the actual menu so couldn't answer questions relating to that. Also, the wait was long.
