I ordered a sausage egg combo, with an orange juice, and a medium coffee. I requested that the English muffin be double toasted. The English muffin was burnt... blackened! Wow! Really! Plus, the sandwich was falling apart and very sloppy. I had already committed to eating it as I had left the restaurant due to the number of kids occupying all of the seats. It was a great meal had with a gf of mine who surprisingly got the same as me the lady at the register was smiling at as both as we ordered our bigmac combos and was quite courteous so the service was excellent and as we made out way to the many open tables which were very clean we sat down and enjoyed our

The food tastes like it always has, that's why we come back, but the service has gone down the toilet. We always expect something to be wrong with the order and are almost never surprised when it is. Also, I'm not moving up to the third window to wait when there is no one behind us just so you can make it look like your service is faster than it is. ?
