5/5 best Popeyes experience in Brantford no doubt, each time I visit this location it's awesome, nice and quiet, great food, could be a little more cleaned up regarding the seats but overall a great experience

Great place to get fried chicken! Definitely better than KFC! Great deals. Check out the app! Great customer service. Definitely highly recommend this Popeyes 😁!

We picked up family meal. When we came home, realized the chicken had a filthy rotten smell in it, uncooked, blood all over. We drove back 20 mins to return the whole thing. The server (did not get the Girl' name) got in to an argument, did not bother to say sorry or sympathize! Asked me for receipt that I never took. Almost refused to give me full refund, highlighting that refunds are generally not given without receipt! We have been eating Popeyes for 8 years now, never ever complained, this in the contrary, was a very surprising experience. I wanted to speak to the owner, I was told the owner is not present and they do not give out owner's contact, instead of saying the owner could call me to discuss the matter! There is absolutely no way we are returning to Popeyes ever!! This franchise will be going down the drain! Such a shame

I had an excellent dining experience. The service was top-notch and Piranshu was incredibly helpful in guiding my menu choices. Everything tasted fresh and flavorful. Highly recommend for anyone looking for great food and standout service.
