The worst customer service ever. Went to this place for brunch to celebrate my sister’s birthday. Prior to ordering, we clarified the price of the vegetarian burgers and asked if it would be $13.95 for one patty versus the two for $17.95 and the waitress said that’s correct. Upon receiving the bill, we were paying $17.95 for all the burgers so we questioned it after which she called the manager who was a completely disrespectful human being. DO NOT EAT HERE! My 8 year old daughter has made me a better meal with her play dough… we ordered 3 mains and an app and returned one plate and maybe took two bites of the others. I literally feel sick from not only the food but the repulsive smell and their lack of interest in their customers. I honestly feel disrespected. You couldn’t pay me to eat here again….
Symposium has THE best food in Brantford, they should be packed with people every minute of the day...that's how amazing their food is!
Great atmosphere and impeccable servers and management, the decour is beautiful and it's a quiet place not given to loud music or multiple Tv's blasting sports.
