How hard is it to make a coffee?!!
Suppose to be 1/2 cream & 1/2 sugar!
Tastes like a watered down Double double so down the drain it went as that sweet makes me nauseous!!
The staff should be paying attention & do their job properly instead of playing around & learn manners!
Always errors at this location on a regular basis!
Corporate needs to start doing random customer service checks again!!
Train staff on how to make a latte. Some of them honestly don't know that they're supposed to contain espresso. I'm going to start going to McDonald's. I've spent at least $25 at this store (recently, on lattes)and received a latte with no espresso. It's ONLY THIS STORE that has this problem.
Very disappointed when signage is up all over the store only to be told that those items are only seasonal and not available . Take down the signs!
