they never fill my cups up to the proper fill line and the manager Patty does NOT give a crap. always long lines and never good service. employees are rude. the store is filthy EVERYDAY
They screw up the order that we have delivered every day. Not once has it come correct. This time we decided to go in to try and get the order refunded and explain our concerns. We were met with a very rude staff member who claimed she could not see our order and would not provide us with the correct order. Even after showing her the receipt and the order time and date, she was rude and told my wife she is not refunding the order or replacing the wrong order. Absolutely disgusted...read full review
