“The Florentine Cookie & the Almond Pastry were AMAZING.They tasted so good. I did not expect the Florentine Cookie to taste that good. It was so sweet but not too much. Had a chewiness too it to add to the nutty yet buttery & light chocolate taste. Really a perfect bite. The Almond Pastry was medium flaky but the powdered sugar elevates it & the hero was the almond custard in the middle. So scrumptious. I love how random this bakery is. It's in the middle of business buildings. Haha! One of my favourite bakeries I've been to in my life.“

“The custom Nanaimo bar cake that Shyla made for my daughter's 18th birthday was the most incredible cake I've tasted in years! I was worried it'd be too rich but it was perfectly sweet and made from scratch. Shyla definitely knows what she's doing in the kitchen and makes absolutely amazing treats. we ordered some macadamia nut cookies as well which were to die for! They were made fresh for us that morning too. Shyla will definitely be making more treats for my family in the future! Her homemade from scratch goodies are worth the slightly higher price tag!“

The guy in the kitchen brought my little some fresh cut up fruit while we were getting set up and checked back later to see if he'd like more.
The lady up front was very nice and easy to interact with as well.

“Coffee Times are a dying restaurant. And if you'd seen the ones I have been to - in urban centres - you'd say rightly so.
But this one is freaking incredible.
It has the feel of a cozy coffee shop but the atmosphere of a warm welcoming restaurant. The sad thing about this place is that the outside does not belie the exceptionally restaurant within - its clean, spacious, service is excellent, and the food - for a coffee time - is great. The locals seem to know that this place is a gem as there was a steady flow of them. But for weekenders, Sunday drivers, tourists, cottagers, et al. “I am a huge coffee lover and this Tim Hortons always has delicious coffee, not burned or old tasting, it's always like the 1st coffee of the day, even if it's your 3rd or 4th 😁
I use mobile ordering a lot as well and the staff who serve me know how I like things ...(I am one of many customers as this is a very busy spot)... one time I accidentally hit 1.5 creams in my coffee and they caught it and asked me if I wanted 1 or 1.5... i was so appreciative that they caught that mistake... ya know what a travesty it is when your coffee isn't made right! 🤨
