I've been a few times now. The staff are great and service was decent.
However, more catering to individuals (smaller tables) is needed, as I was turned away recently, despite a couple tables being free. (Didn't want 1 person at table of 4)
The food is always good, but for the price, real cheese would be good in the omelet, not processed.
Scones were good, not great.

We just stopped at Cosies out of the blue. It was a delightful experience from start to finish. The service was excellent and I had the best BLT that I have ever tasted. The selection of teas was broad and varied - something for everyone. It is a lovely atmosphere and the service was both prompt and friendly. We will be going back!!!

Adorable and authentic place. Delicious tea and pastries
I’d give them a 6 stars for their bacon baps - so tasty! The 5th overall star is due but only with real milk in a jug as is the standard - it’s the authentic way. Final perfection point would having tea under the glow of cosy warm white bulbs rather than the cold medical white bulbs!

Cosie's is a true gem that the Brockville area is lucky to have! My mom and I had lunch and tea there the other day, and had a completely delightful time. We absolutely adored the fun and charming decor and tunes, (I stopped in my tracks when I saw the framed photo of the Father Ted cast on the wall, lol!) and everything we ordered, from the tea to the scones to lunch was SO good!! I love all the traditional options on the menu. Cosie's is more than just a quick tea or lunch, it's an experience, and we're going to make sure it becomes a regular one!

Over priced and no value for your money.
Cheap ham and cheese sandwitches which caused me to be ill afterwards
My bill for one serving of high was $74. The quality and quantity of the food was sub par and do not belueve I got good value for my money.
I will not return

We went to dine here, waited several minutes to be seated and nobody appeared to seat us despite the place being full of customers.

Randomly passed by this English Tea House… cannot resist not to come in!! Great decoration, good service. Food is good too, just maybe the sausages were a little bit too burnt. 🥹

One of our favourite places - sometimes we just take a drive to Brockville (from Kingston) just for their heavenly cream tea and scones with clotted cream. We’ve met the owners a time or two and they were lovely and enjoyed talking about their vision for their place - and we think they nailed it. Food is always fabulous and the atmosphere is a big draw. It’s about time we dropped a review ❤️
