Tait's is an amazing place for breakfast, brunch, lunch or just a snack. They always have a great variety of breads and sandwiches and other items to offer. They also put lots on the sandwiches. Their baked goods are delicious as well! You will not be disappointed going there. Definitely a gem in the historic city of Brockville. Also love the plaque outside on the right wall, which is dedicated to the owners before. History never stops in this town ?
Stopped in for lunch following Music on the Verandah at Fulford. Hubby and I shared a sub . . . Very generous portions. The also customized the toppings for us. Sorry, didn't think to take a photo.

Delicious food, and wonderful desserts. Need to show up early to avoid items having been sold out before you arrive.Ordered mac and cheese and a few other items like cake slices and eclairs.Lovely cream filled goodies, not too sweet and wonderful texture. Perfect compliment to any meal. Very light and easy on my stomach despite having eaten several at once.Sorry I couldn't photograph the desserts. They disappeared too fast.
