“Four of us ate here recently. Waited for 10 mins to be even greeted as all staff were busy in the kitchen. Waitress seated us, but the trays were almost all empty. We observed there was a mother and daughter filling their own take out containers from the buffet; emptying the entire tray on several items as they were delivered to the buffet. We mentioned this to the waitress and she replied, they do it all the time. Disgusting, and unsanitary! Finally, we were able to get enough food to fill our plates, it was hot and tasty. Unfortunately, we won’t be back.”

“Stop here every week and pick up a Turkey sub. I order through the Subway app on my drive home, about 15 minutes from the store. Sub is always ready and staff is always friendly.”

“Was working in Wingham and came here for lunch. It's located at the Pioneer gas station along with a Mr. Sub. There's a small seating area in the store if you want to dine in, which I did rather than eat in my truck. The pizza was decent, I'm not a huge fan of their individual slices, I like to customize my own pizza but that wasn't really an affordable option for a quick lunch so I went with a slice of the Bacon Double Cheeseburger instead. Was alright, pretty good value and filled me up.”

“When I asked employee sandwich maker slash cash attendant to clean area where subs being prepared and wash his hands as well as clean the knife to cut subs. He was annoyed. All he did with knife was wipe with paper towels. I asked him to rinse in the sink with water to properly clean. He did not want to. I left . Unsafe food handling practices at this location.was back into store and employee does not work their anymore. We talked about issue and they were happy to wash knife and hands . Thank you for safe food handling”

“The sit down service was a bit slow but a guy came out to ask us if we needed any extra napkins etc, and gave my kids colouring books which was great. Bathrooms needed some attention, felt a bit dirty overall but the washrooms seem to be jointly owned by the gas station so that makes sense why they might be a bit unkempt.”

“Food was good getting a bit more expensive like everywhere. The new person on the till was very nice and helpful. The seating area needs an upgrade. The seats and tables are uncomfortable, and the dusty rose and teal are so old looking.”
