Blk Swan Kitchen Hub Downtown Burlington

Came for a visit before the Lakeshore Music festival Sunday 530pm. Live music on the patio was truly a vibe! The place was busy but didnt affect perfect service from Amanda. We had ceasars which were the daily special, fish and chips. Great gravy. Best part was that i ordered a burger with a gluten free bun and you wouldnt know the difference.... it didnt fall apart lol also GET THE BACON JAM! Will definitely be back to enjoy the Burlington waterfront and some more fantastic hospitality from the staff at Blk Swn.

Delicious food and comfortable atmosphere. A bit loud at times but the timing was ofcourse during FIFA game.
The waitress was wonderful. Super friendly and hospitable.

The atmosphere on a Friday night is lively they had a live band who was decent and my server was pleasant and on top of all my needs without having to be hunted down 😊

Thanks to a fun band and an amazing bartender Braydon we had an awesome night out last night. Braydon was very attentive, quick and friendly and always made sure we were looked after. Fantastic service!

We went down this afternoon to see Mike Stevenson and friend. Wow! The various songs that they played were well done.
Service was a bit sketchy.
We had an appetizer with our drinks.
It's advertised half price on Sunday's after 3.
We ordered nachos. They were not half price as we found out after on our receipt.
Just wondering are nachos a meal or an app?

St Patrick's Day was our 10 year Anniversary and we decided to go and celebrate the day after so we could enjoy ourselves, big mistake choosing this spot.The service from the waitress was extremely poor, waited 40 minutes for our food to come just to find out she forgot what we ordered and retook our order again. She asked me 4 times what me and my boyfriend wanted to drink just to wait even longer as she was at another table talking for at least 10 minutes. She kept apologizing over and over as she kept saying it was a late night the night before because it was St Patrick's Day. The food came out finally and it was not cooked properly and the taste was not good. We were so ready just to walk out and pay for nothing. The waitress again apologized and offered us a free drink just to take the drink back from my boyfriend. It definitely looked liked she was on something because she was jittery and not all there. We ended up paying and leaving and we went elsewhere and had an amazing time! I will never be back to this place and definitely will not recommend anyone going there. You need to do better with your staff and service. Our Anniversary started off really bad 👎

Rude and racist service. Went to the comedy show and came down for food/drinks. Nobody took a food order, no one felt bad about overlooking our table constantly. Just apologized at the end for a better tip.

Severe problems with management… service is abrupt and rude.
Management hasn’t got a clue what is truly going on… over serving some .. and cutting others off for no reason! Bad reputation from most people… only good thing is the music
