Bo Chin Chinese Food

I found a hair in my food… AND

They changed their pieces of chicken to these thin crispy/hard slivers of chicken (this is orange chicken btw). Before it used to be chunks of meat, not it’s just very hard chewy batter (likely to save money). We used to love it here but these cost savings make it not worthwhile anymore. Such a shame. All their chicken now is this horrible hard chewy style that tastes and feels like like beef jerky.

I bought a family deal that was $40 including tax the meal was excellent the service was with a smile. For $40 I fed two children and two adults. Great deal, everyone loved the food. Highly recommended!

The restaurant is a little hole in the wall in a plaza but the food and service are excellent. The food was fresh and delicious. We all really liked the egg rolls and chicken balls.
Minah was our server and she was so sweet and spoiled us because we were the only people dinning in. Most people do take out.

The prices are good and the portion sizes are huge. The sweet and sour chicken balls don’t even fit in the container. We drove from St. Catharines to eat here and it was totally worth it.

I have been going here for years and has never disappointed, except on Tuesdays because they are closed 😁. Hands down the best dine-out Chinese food in Burlington!

We have been coming here a lot over the past year. It was our go to place. We just recently went and were shocked by the service we received. We hadn’t even sat down to look at the menu and she was asking what we wanted. We asked for ice tea and she said she only had pop and pointed to the cans of pop that were sitting on the FLOOR… we asked for water assuming it would come in a glass but she gave us bottled water, paper plates and plastic forks. Very different vibe than what we have gotten before which is actual plates and glasses and forks when eating in. She also charged us for it. Overall we will now have to find a new spot because we didn’t order take out. We just wanted to eat in but I guess they didn’t want to do dishes today but we weren’t happy about eating out of a plastic container in a restaurant. The food quality has also gone now. Very displeased.

Food is typical, nothing special. The wait time is ridiculous. As a person who works in the kitchen you can tell there is some organizational issue as it seems that they have more than 5 to 6 people back there. I was told it's a busy night but this is below typical traffic that you would expect for a highly rated Chinese restaurant or any restaurant in burlington. Even if it were true, the wait time is still inexcusable for that many people in a kitchen when usually only two or three people are needed to run an operation like that. The wait is not worth it.

Our New Go To Chinese place!! Sooo good, fresh! you can taste the freshness. Every dish was fresh and delish. Came on time and hot. Reasonable prices comparing around town. LOVE their Shanghai Noodles! Very plentiful portions as well. Can't wait for left overs for dinner this eve! Thanks Bo Chin we will be back!

I found an object in our chicken our 3 year old was having, when we were having our meal, I am really grossed out that there’s some plastic in this chicken. Thank goodness I saw it but she could have ingested more we didn’t think to check. 0 stars if I could because that’s dangerous
