Tried The Mule recently and ordered the OG Fish, Habanero Brisket, Pork Belly, and Nashville tacos. The OG Fish was just okay—didn’t have much filling and felt a bit plain. The Pork Belly was a little dry. The Habanero Brisket was the standout—flavorful and pretty filling. Overall, the tacos were hit or miss, and it felt a little pricey for what you get, but still worth a try if you’re into bold flavors.
So nice, I had to go twice (this week)! If I want tacos in Burlington, I’m going to The Mule. My favorites are the halloumi&sweet potato, and the brisket. The brisket last night might have been the most perfect taco bite I’ve ever had (my brother seconds this)?
