I love dinning at Buvette!
Last night I tried their lobster gnocchi… they were scrumptious!
Alex recommended their burrata with caviar and their outstanding Greek olive oil - it was exquisite.
The menu, the extraordinary staff, the vibe at Buvette has made it my only go - to and favorite restaurant!!!
I especially look forward to Alex’s warm and inviting welcome every time I enter his lovely restaurant!
I thought the June 18, 2024 $200/pp Wine Pairing dinner (+ HST + 18% Gratuity) would be exceptional. It was; exceptionally Bad!
The Kitchen couldn’t get the food out. After 3 hours, I left; & hadn’t been served the Entree. I was told half of the patrons failed to stay until dessert. At 11 pm! (We arrived at 7 pm).
There was ample staff but they disappeared when they had little to serve.
Not returning. Ever.
Beautiful restaurant. Awesome food. Flavor is spot on. Ribeye medium rare cooked perfectly. Great chimichurri sauce! Brussel sprouts side is very tasty. Truffle mashed unfortunately had no truffle flavor at all.
Grilled calamari was cooked well and good flavoring on the sauces.
Music is abit too loud we could barely hear the waiter and the choice of music don’t really suit the ambiance of the place (it went from dance to hip hop and then country music anything but dinner...read full review
