Another amazing meal at the quaint little gem. I finally moved away from my Pecan Chicken favorite and had the salmon. It's now my NEW favorite. Outstanding service as always from Erin. Support local, go here!

This restaurant is a gem in Burlington. Food was excellent. I tried the curry snapper. We were there at prime time and only comment is if the room fills up, which did, it can get noisy. Would definitely go back for the excellent food

A small quaint restaurant with outdoor sitting. Our main dishes and our appetizer was excellent, but I cannot say the same for our drinks and dessert. I had the Louisiana Pasta which had chicken and shrimp. Could have been a bit spicier and tails removed on shrimp, but overall it was an excellent dish. My husband had the pork schnitzel with fresh vegetables and he loved it. Not over breaded, right amount of mushroom gravy and good size portion of pork. We had crab cakes for our appetizer and although they were very good, they were a bit pricy. $23 for 2 . Whenever we go out for dinner, I always get Espresso Martinis and this by far was the worst I've ever had. The carrot cake was ok - said it had pineapples but didn't see any or taste any pineapple and it was very dense , not soft or moist. Our wait staff were excellent ! Very kind, friendly and attentive. Now the worst part is the seating. This is essentially a small Victorian house turned into a restaurant. It was so tight, that we had to push the table right up to stomach, in order for my husband to sit in the chair. He couldn't sit in the booth side because there was literally no foot room. You have to turn your feet outwards ( duck feet) when sitting in the booth side, because the table was so close to the booth. There was maybe half a foot between the table behind us and my husband's chair. There would be no way anyone on the thicker side, would be able to fit in the table we were at ( which was right by the window) . And even though the entire place was like there, there were a couple other tables we could have sat at because there wasn't anyone else sitting near those tables. So I wasn't sure why we were wedged into the corner. So before you sit down, look around and see if there's any other seats that may be more comfortable. To give you an idea on pricing For 2 meals, 2 drinks, 1 dessert and 1 appetizer, we paid 145 plus tip. Which is usually the norm .

Was a lovely evening with great service and good food. We celebrated our 45th anniversary but was never acknowledged which would have made it even more special. 😊

We really like this restaurant. Yesterday, we went there for lunch and had a Poached Pear salad, a penne special with shrimp and also a crepe with shrimp and scallops. The salad was fantastic. because it had all sorts of interesting ingredients in it. The penne special was also outstanding. Very tasty and many interesting materials mixed in. The crêpe came with a small bowl of tomato soup which was also exceptionally good. This is a small and intimate restaurant, and the server was very friendly and attentive. The fact that they have parking at the back is a bonus. I highly recommend this restaurant.

A great little gem in Burlington. Great food and service. It's a small restaurant but that intimacy add to its charm.

Love this place, and you will too. Quaint restaurant with a lovely patio with staff and service to boot. Food never disappoints, and don't miss the 1/2 price wine on Thursday's!

I was there with a group of ladies on Wed around 1:30. Everyone enjoy their meals. Our waitress was efficient & friendly, unfortunately I don’t remember her name. I would recommend this place.
Dining area is small, there’s a patio at the back, but is sunny.

In a city with several excellent restaurants, this is the best we have been to. From the garlic brie appetizer, the trout and crusted chicken to the toffee pudding dessert, everything was simply delicious. Cinda was an absolute charm and the wine she recommended was very good. The front patio is one of the nicer ones as well. An all around excellent experience.Highly recommended.

Absolutely fabulous!!!! This is our first visit here and it won't be our last visit for sure. Cinda was our server and is very personal server, when asked about dishes she swayed me for the jambalaya. It was amazing it had a wonderful smokey heat that didn't distract from the mussels shrimp chicken and sausage. The salmon and mango chutney was perfection.

Had lunch on the patio at the Downtown Bistro & Grill yesterday, service and food were excellent. Cynda was our server, she was sweet, attentive and helpful with the menu. We had the Pear Salad, Crab Cakes, French Onion Soup and Chicken Crepe and all were delicious. We’ll be back!

Rude to my fiance. Told our group they would not serve her despite her courteousness. Food was very average. Never coming back. Don't recommend.
