Saw this place on SM - made it a destination. If you like fine dining and haute cuisine, this place might NOT be for you, BUT if you're looking for a fun / delicious / not-a-chain-restaurant / great for families & dates / unfussy hotdog experience, this is the place. PORK wieners - all footlong. Lots of themed dogs to choose from or customize your own. Buns are toasted. Fries are excellent - hot and crispy. Built in the 1930's, a '50's feel has been preserved - lots of memorabilia to see on the walls. Dine at the bar or choose a booth - picnic tables outside. Plenty of parking on their gravel parking lot. Washrooms are clean, modern and beautifully decorated. Girls on the counter very friendly.

The counter staff were super friendly and helpful. Good prices, the wonder dog 🌭 was my favorite. The vanilla milkshake was also delicious. The only thing I noticed was the floor inside the restaurant was warped, eventually it’s going to rot out and collapse. 4/5. Cute place for a quick bite. 👍

Est. 1930. This used to be my lunch break treat a couple times a month when I worked in the area. I stopped in recently after years of not going. Pleasantly found that nothing has changed. Delicious foot long hot dogs. Same seating. Brings back great memories.

Classic hot dog with an overwhelming number of topping combinations. Buns are surprisingly good and not the gummy mush you often get from hotdog stands. Chili featured on many dogs and the fries is good!

My great grandma came here on her first date with my great grandfather in the 1930s shortly after it opened. It turned into a tradition to go for lunch after visiting the cemetery, this continued even after my great grandma passed away in 2012. My grandma, my mom, myself and now my daughter still attend. Its a tradition when we go visit the cemetery to stop in for hot dogs as a remberance of my great grandparents. Love the atmosphere, it brings me back to a little kid, and the chocolate milkshakes are my favorite. Che che dog always my go to! Will forever love this place!

This is definitely a piece of history!!! My 1st time, won't be my last. Went for the Chicago Slider Footlong, will try different one's next time. Roughly 25 or so different dogs to choose from, great menu along with cheeseburgers, fries, shakes etc... Young Lad serving us was very friendly. Not a lot of places to sit, be patient as you are served fast and seats do come available. 😋🌭🍔🍟🥤🍦🍨

Visited Easterbrooks Hotdog Stand and had an awesome experience! The chili cheese dog was incredibly delicious — super flavorful, satisfying, and honestly one of the best classic hot dog spots around. The prices were great too, very affordable for the quality.

There was a bit of a line, but it moved fairly quickly and was definitely worth the wait. It’s a must-try for anyone who loves a good hot dog — classic, tasty, and budget-friendly. Easterbrooks absolutely delivers!
