What can you say, everything you'd expect! And then some...nostalgia abounds, brings me back to my childhood...about 50 years ago.
Amazing retro gem which has stayed true to his past.
Like stepping into a time warp to the 50s outside and inside.
The hot dogs and sausages are delicious and come with a multitude of toppings.
Finally tried a cheeseburger and was very impressed. I find it hard to skip the hot dogs or sausages, but the burger was a good alternate when looking for a change.
The fries are excellent with really dark and deep flavour gravy which works so well in their poutine.
Real ice cream milkshakes inna variety of flavours top off your visit.
The staff is always happy to see you and very helpful.
If you are in the Hamilton area, definitely stop in. You will be glad you did.
Authentic, foot-long dogs done right, burgers and chicken, too.
Best foor-long hotdogs in the GTHA in a facility that hasn't changed since 1930.
Easily one of the best dogs Ive had in awhile. Service was quick, ingredients were fresh. Came on a Sunday afternoon, but I could definitely see this place having a wait when busy.
Amazing choice of hotdogs and veggie dogs. But my favorite are the sides like onion rings and poutine. Everytime I'm through here I stop for a treat. Also the ice cream is top notch.
Still the best!!!! Hasn’t changed at all, thanks

Ah, Easter Brooks, a living relic, a culinary refuge in Burlington. I dropped in recently—compelled by a sudden need for something real, something honest—and as usual, the food hit like a pleasant sledgehammer. Nothing too wild or complicated: basic menu, but done damn well, the kind of place where simplicity becomes art.
Service? Impeccable, almost unnervingly efficient. My order was in front of me faster than you’d expect in this world. Each bite—hot dogs, burgers, and shakes—crackled with flavor, a rare shock of satisfaction in a world of soggy mediocrity. It’s an experience, but not the kind that hits you over the head. No, it creeps up on you as you bask in the pure satisfaction of a perfect, no-frills meal.
Inside, it's small, almost too small, cramped even, but who cares? They’ve got outdoor seating, a sanctuary for families, wanderers, and lone seekers alike. A place to take in the real world with a dog in hand and grease on your fingers. Burlington’s finest. Get out there. Try it. This joint is a damn treasure.

Missed seeing the great staff at Easterbrooks. The hotdogs are as good as I remember them when I was a boy. Came there to play pinball, now gone, but the atmosphere is as amazing as it always has been.

Had a hotdog each at this cute retro-worn diner after a day at the Royal Botanical Gardens; the non-beef weiners and toppings were good, though next time I will try the sausage.
