It has been one of—if not the best—places to share a meal and enjoy time with the family; the service and food are pleasant and incredibly welcoming. I would go back a thousand times over.

Always love this place. Food is fresh and always delicious. In the summer they have outdoor bbq and live music. Am a huge fan of their friendly service and love trying new (to me) dishes whenever I come. It's nearly a hidden gem in Burlington and very authentic Colombian food.

The prices are too high for the quality and quantity of the food being served. The chorizo and other menu items have become inconsistent, and what you receive doesn't always match what you expect. I even included photos to show the differences.

If you decide to eat here, check your order carefully. Unfortunately, the quality and portions seem to change from one visit to the next.

Familia is amazing! Always such great food and their service is outstanding. They forgot to include the pico de gallo for our last order (I hadn't noticed) and they called to apologize and hand delivered it to my door! The best.

It was my first time at this restaurant. I was invited by a friend to celebrate my birthday, and it was an amazing experience. I finally had the chance to enjoy a dish that tasted just like home—“that unique flavor from my homeland.”

Santiago took great care of us throughout our visit. He was attentive, friendly, and made the experience even more enjoyable.

This place is truly unique, and I highly recommend it. I will definitely be coming back as often as possible with my family.

Overall, it was an ok experience.

The waitstaff provided great service, they were friendly and attentive throughout our visit. The food was decent, and the ambiance was alright, the restaurant is quite small.

The biggest surprise was the pricing. It’s very expensive for what you get, especially compared to many other restaurants in Ontario. Not looking to understand why it’s priced that way, just warning future clientele, be aware that if you decide to dine there, you should expect to spend a significant amount of money. Ahhh

We had the most best experience at Familia Fine foods. Everyone is so friendly and you can tell they are passionate about what they do! Family friendly hands down and the food was delicious!! And Leticia is amazing!!!

Loved that place , we have been there a couple of times . Nice staff and food is delicious. Colombian food, good price and nice environment . You can find there Colombia snacks and spices as well. I went there for my birthday and they even gave me a smalls dessert to celebrate and local singer sang happy birthday song . Had a great time . If you want to have a nice lunch , Latin food . This is the place .

Tucked away and unassuming from the outside. As soon as you walk in the doors you’re transported to Colombia and feel like you’ve been invited into someone’s home. Every staff member makes an effort to make you feel welcomed and comfortable. The hospitality is among the best I’ve ever experienced. Now on to the food…. You can feel the love in every dish they serve. Everything is intentional, authentic and oh so delicious. Even if you’re not familiar with Colombian food, I really encourage you to try it out. I can’t say enough good things about this little spot and can’t wait to come back and try more

Delicious homemade latin food. I genuinely can’t wait to try everything on the menu. The owners are incredibly friendly and hospitable — it truly felt like we were guests in their home.

Beautiful food and people. Certainly one of the best breakfasts I have ever been served.

Amazing espresso too. With respect I suggest importing green beans, roasting locally, and serving local fresh coffee 🙂
