This location is Terrible! 3x now I have gone to this and each time I hope that it was just a fluke? No more! Cold burgers that can’t melt cheese, soggy fries. The staff are great and they get the toppings right but it doesn’t make up for the bad food. If you want Harvey’s find another franchise.

Ordered online for pickup. When I paid it gave me an error saying something went wrong. However I received notification from my credit card that the Harveys charge went through. My initial thought was how am I going to get my order which was paid for when I don't have an order number? I drove to the Harveys to see if they received my order. They never did. I explained to Sean who happens to be the owner what happened and he took care of it for me. Very nice man. We even got talking and age came up. I can't believe his dedication to his work and the 14 plus hour a days he works...he is in his 70s. Well long behold, when I returned to the car I received another message from my credit card stating a credit was applied from Harveys. Here I am with now is a free meal. Well after meeting Sean there was no way I was going to drive off without paying. So I went back in and explained to him that Harveys had just reversed the charge and wanted to pay for my meal. He thanked me for my honesty. If you are in the area, please drop in and patronize them. It's a Harveys together with Swiss Challet and has seating available in both restaurants.

Fries here are really gross. Many other reviewers seem to have the same thoughts. The dining area is very messy and none of the workers seemed interested in cleaning it up.
Every Harvey's restaurant that has a Swiss chalet attached uses the garbage crumbs that Swiss chalet calls fries as their fries, no doubt to be as cheap as possible. Provide real Harvey's fries if you operate a Harvey's.

OMG! The worst place ever! My favorite place is Harvey's, but this place is GARBAGE! The patty is not what Harvey's use in their restaurants, and the fries i got was deep fried 2 . I asked them to give me a new fries freshly fried . The game me the same one fried again. That is fried 3x. I was stupid not to make pictures to show all people. Also my drink when i sipped from it u clearly taste and smell the mold. People please do not go this place because u will get sick 100% eat something else. We paid 70$ for to put everything in to the garbage can.
It's fast food. What do you expect golden buzzer.
