Ordered online for pickup. When I paid it gave me an error saying something went wrong. However I received notification from my credit card that the Harveys charge went through. My initial thought was how am I going to get my order which was paid for when I don't have an order number? I drove to the Harveys to see if they received my order. They never did. My negative review is mainly meant for the general Harvey’s food item as described below.The location is clean , the food is fresh and tasty, and the staff is friendly. So, it may still be your spot if you pick other items on menu.I do not dine at Harvey’s, but I was attracted by the advertisement of this new menu item. I didn't realize this place doesn't have a drive-thru but figured I'd check it out anyways since I got a craving for it. Sadly, the fries I got was cold as it sat under the heat lamp and the jr cheeseburger didn't have any cheese in it. Unfortunately, I didn't realize this until I was back on the highway. While the service I received from the staff was good, the food was far from it.
