We were first-timers and enjoyed our picks. For some reason, I wasn't expecting the smoothie bowl base to be frozen - I thought it would be more of a flavoured yogurt, but it was good none-the-less. My friend had a smoothie and said it was delish as well. The staff was great and helped us with our questions. Loved this Heal. An unplanned no expectations visit. Very nice. Service was excellent as think we were the first customers of the day? Great start too thanks. 5* for this category…Smoothie Cafes…offerings here are the usual cold smoothies/bowls+toppings. Coffees on offer too. Portions a good size, reasonably priced and most importantly taste great!

The Acai bowl was beyond perfection, that was Awesome!I really really enjoyed the taste, the mixture of high quality elements and the portion.If I go to burlington again, I will definitely go to HEAL again, no doubt.
