Have to agree with some of the recent posts, service has really gone downhill at this location. They would rather stalked you/ do “security” detail than actually approach you and ask if you needed any help (which on a separate note, isn’t great either as they couldn’t answer, nor seemed interested doing so, my question when I approached them. Too bad, because their products and prices are good otherwise

The store carried the products that I needed, but the cashier needs training in customer service. Her attitude was very bad, was texting while cashing me out, and looked like she’d rather be anywhere else.

Ignored by staff, couldn't find what I needed. Waste of time.

This used to be a great store. Today I had to speak to three different people before I could find someone to answer a simple question about vitamin. He basically googled it. A store selling health supplements should have knowledgeable staff. time to find a. new place to shop

Loose all ur points just to update ur phone number. Whomever decided that is a corporate pig!

This review is intended to fix the issues . Probably the worst return policies ever. Sadly I will give my business to a more flexible company

I usually go to the Etobicoke location and was shocked this one doesn’t have a meat section or even a produce section. No fruits and vegetables at this so-called health store. Two items I usually get at the other location, which are locally made in the GTA (butter, kimchi) weren’t here either. Way smaller selection of products here.

Hurt and disappointed with the attitude of the manager who helped in billing today evening. She was curt, impolite, no smile and felt racist. She did not allow me to bag the items though it was ringed in. I am a loyal customer and shop a grear deal every month ( hindreds of dollars wirth stuff ). The other staff are excellent tho. Sadly, her behavior took away the 4 stars.

Pathetic store. Half of my NFH multi vitamin meds went bad before expiry and when I asked for replacement or store credit, the attendant said they do not replace open box. I literally showed him the black spots inside the capsule but no use.
They take zero responsibility and have no accountability of the products they sell. No point going to the store and purchasing in person, better shop at amazon at better prices.
