Really good service and Chinese food that is the best in the area, all reasonably priced. I celebrate the sweet and sour chicken, which they sell Hong Kong style, and not just the chicken balls like everyone else. The rice was fresh and fragrant. Will be my new regular spot!

This is our go-to place for breakfast and Chinese food. It's like having two restaurants in one - more breakfast places should do something like this for when their space sits empty after 3.

My first try. Jiayan Chinese Restaurant/Daytime Grill has the best Chinese food I have ever eaten - better than The Mandarin or Chen Chinese up the street near Fortinos. Fresh, tender, good portions. Highly recommended! This is where I will be getting all my Chinese food from now on. The "Canadian" food looks good too. Look forward to trying it out. Have never come across a combo Chinese food/Canadian food restaurant before. I think it's a great idea.
