Ordered drink...wasn't put on bill. Asked for ketchup, no ketchup. When you have 20 min for lunch I couldnt go back for the ketchup. Disappointing especially since she was so nice.

This is wrong. No religion should be pushed on others. I'm not Muslim and why should I eat meat blessed by Muslim prayers by Muslim clergy. I find this very offensive.. I will definitely boycott KFC and not eat there anymore. I thought we were supposed to be inclusive to all?

Went there later in the day so they made the chicken hot and fresh. It took about twenty minutes but the chicken was absolutely delicious and they added an extra piece, free of charge!
