The staff was very nice, they were missing a lot of items so I had to switch my order a couple times, ofcourse not the staffs fault. Food wasnt great, chicken was ok, fries and cold slaw were subpar. Atmosphere isnt great either being in a mall.

June 25th 2025 11:34 am. Went to the counter at Kentucky Fried CHICKEN and the staff tell me they don’t have chicken. How is this possible. Also watching and there are no staff even attempting to make chicken

Today they were great. I had to wait 20 minutes for fresh chicken. But it was worth it. It tasted great. Fresh fries. Fresh chicken. Fresh chicken. No complaints.

They didn’t speak, and when they threw your order at you they mumbled gibberish. The order itself was so sloppy, and the wait time for what was received was not worth it.
