I was really disappointed with my recent visit. They were out of most of the sides, leaving very limited options.
Ordered thru doordash and arrived at the time for pickup still waited 7 minutes! Asked the guy to confirm if my wings are hot flav he said yea after picking it was not! Happens every time something.

The KFC at Burlington mall is the worst. Everytime I come to order aome chicken, they always tell me there us no chicken anymore..
I am sorry, but, rhere were 4 people working there, the lineup was very big, and they ran of chicken at 1pm on a Saturday.
The other time I went it was a Thursday around 4pm and they had no chicken either.
This occurs when the owner decides to hire only people from India... Sorry to say this, but, either they were not trained well or they are super slow.
