Delicious and so fresh. This is actually some of the best sushi I’ve had in Burlington, and way exceeded my expectations for a mall food court. Staff was also very friendly. I may be making more trips to the mall food court!
The sushi here is always so tasty and fresh - I love how the salmon tastes, and how the rice sticks together but isn't cold. The employees here are also just the sweetest ever, they're very friendly and it's a wonderful feeling when they recognize you after a few visits.The prices are rather reasonable, and they occassionally hold end-of-day sales. The snacks and drinks have a high markup, but you're not here for those anyway.

To Chefman.I usually do not leave any comments to other people's opinion. However, I just have to in this case.First photo shown is the "5 star sushi place from your review" those 6 pieces are $13 and the dish is called "salmon avocado" it contains about 70% of the roll being rice, minced salmon which might be 5-10 grams of actual salmon as you can tell majority of what it contains is definitely minced onions, and about 1/20 of size 36 avocado.Second photo is from Sakura Ichiban....read full review
