Great customer service, with great employees that work there. Food is amazing and the owner is a great guy. Wouldn’t go anywhere else for teriyaki.

I visit here with my friend, taste of the food is horrible, and one of the worst thing I experienced there behaviour of the staff, they didn’t treat their customer well. They ruin my day.

Best food court chicken teriyaki, large portions, tender chicken with lots of vegetables. I have tried many other food court teriyaki and this location is doing it right.

First time my wife and I have eaten at this location. The food was horrible, Either it was overcooked or it was yesterday‘s chicken just gross tasted like microwave food I’ll never come back here again. The person taking our order, Asian gentlemen, I don’t know his name, but super rude asking him questions. He didn’t wanna answer zero customer service coming from this gentleman I guess maybe he’s trying to teach me anThe person taking our order, Asian gentlemen, I don’t know his name, but super rude asking him questions. He didn’t wanna answer zero customer service coming from this gentleman I guess maybe he’s trying to teach me a lesson for asking too many questions. My wife and I are elderly all around very bad experience. Our chicken was chewy and hard. I hardly got any mushrooms at all. We ordered two rice chicken with vegetables and a bottle of Diet Pepsi. I wouldn’t recommend eating here.

All out amazing food and staff... Quality and passion in everything they do. And it shows in the food!!! Don't let the fact that its in a food court fool you... Its high level all the way and the freshest food you can find outside of home. Awesome job and can't wait to see you again!!!

This use to be my go to place. Lately food is really poor quality, sauces watered down, hot sauce watered down, chicken was very low quality fatty. No flavor at all. Shame was a good place but like most others trying to save money and cut corners...at the expense of quality. Customers notice!!!
Won't ever go back.

Decent...

For $17, the portion is quite underwhelming. You get a few pieces of broccoli, lots of bean sprouts, a very small amount of chicken, and a modest serving of rice. The taste is good, but the portion size doesn’t match the price.

I absolutely love this place. The Beef Udon Noodle Soup is I think my favourite food in the world, not even kidding. Every time I come to the mall, I have to stop here and get some of their amazing soup. The staff are lovely as well. I could go on for hours about how much I love this location, but in short, if you like soup, beef, noodles, or FOOD in general, you have got to try Koya Japan!

Reading what I just wrote, I'm realizing it almost sounds like someone paid me to write this review but that is not true haha

I really do just love this place that much. Do yourself a favour and give it a try next time you are at Burlington Mall!
