Well its more of takeout…so not judging for atmosphere…….but the hot chocolate is out of the world…….the flavor of chocolate is very good……local eatery gives you the best quality chocolate…….highly recommend the dark chocolate and raspberry flavored hot chocolate ……Also they give you an option to combine two flavors………best for the winter season…….if your on way to burlington waterfront……..just visit this place……worth a shot……Kid-friendliness: They would love the ice cream cones and their hand made chocolates

A must-stop whenever I'm downtown Burlington. Not only is the soft serve delicious, but the chocolate dip is thick, REAL chocolate. My go-to is the simple dark chocolate dip.

Amazing place to get a cold treat on a hot day. We went after eating at Burlington's Ribfest. You can't go into the store, you just order and pickup at the window. There are so many dipped cone options, although you can only get vanilla flavoured soft serve. The prices are fair for the size of the ice creams, and they tasted amazing. Definitely recommend!

Awesome ice cream place. Tiny little hole in the wall, and you usually have to line up, but it's worth it. Soft serve vanilla ice cream that is dipped in the chocolate of your choice, and served in a bowl, cone, or waffle cone. You can also get goodies sprinkled in the chocolate as well. More expensive than a typical cone, but better quality.

I have always enjoyed their amazing chocolate and other "treats" as well as the delicious ice cream covered in their own Belgium chocolate...now that I cannot eat ice cream they have a vegan option. I was surprised to find it also tastes yummy. This is new ..a soft serve made from oat milk. They just never disappoint . Love creme de la creme!! Sorry we ate the picture so no photos. Got a mini for our Bichon (vegan) and she loves it!!

These people know what they’re doing when it comes to ice cream. Don’t go comparing this place with DQ, McD’s, a Frosty or even B&R. That’s all FugazeeLa Crème de la Crème is in a league of their own. When you want smooth decadent quality ice cream, the kind you don’t mind paying a little extra for, you should go straight to this place cause it’s that good. We kept it simple with 2 chocolate dipped vanilla cones, one with nuts. You see in the pics they’re not stingy either.

Had the yummy dark chocolate, seal salt dip. I was a happy girl,The ice cream was yes plain vanilla but you could taste the creaminess plus how good the ingredients are.I would have loved some dipping in the cone so that when u finish the ice cream on top you still taste the dip in the cone

NOT RECOMMENDED. WORST EXPERIENCE EVER. The ice cream was too sweet and the staff working there made a mistake and charged us for an extra icecream. When we asked to get our money back she gave us another one! What a pity. We want our money back. Not happy with the customer service. Such a liar with the dishonest response! They never offered any help or refund as responded below by the owner. Your high rating will go down soon as your service is awful. NOT RECOMMENDED, WORST SHOP EVER WE HAD ICE CREAM! NEVER TRY!
