The coffee was really great and we ordered almost the entire menu as a large group. The drinks were however not upto expectations. But it was definitely worth it as a quencher after exploring the whereabouts around the city. I had the matcha latte and iced caramel machi and both these drinks were done well. Shout out to the batista to took care of our order. She did a really good job.

Been here a few times and on saturday, went with my friend. One of the workers, a girl with a hijab was making fun of my looks, telling her co workers she hated my curly hair and laughing at my face while I was standing right there. I came here to buy stuff not to get judged, worry less about my hair and make sure you look at yourself in the mirror first

Pretty good Ice-cream

Friendly staff and tasty butter pecan, but the pistachio had an artificial taste. Both scoops melted too fast, making it messy to enjoy on a warm day. Great service, but quality could improve.

The ice cream was creamy and flavourful, but the smoothies were a huge letdown--bland, and tasted more like milk than fruit. For what we got, the price was way too high. I'm all for supporting local businesses, but high prices should come with quality and care--this visit delivered neither. Definitely skip the smoothies.

this ice cream spot caught our eye as we were parking at the pier. it was a nice hot day to get something cold for the family, and glad to have chosen this spot. we had a nice young man help out with our order. kindly provided directions to the washroom upon asking for my mother. everyone was satisfied with their chosen flavours. we got strawberry, blueberry cheesecake, raspberry sorbet and a honey lavender drink. i found the raspberry sorbet so refreshing, and this spot became my #1 raspberry sorbet ice cream after today 😋 preferred eating in the outdoor section, very appealing, cooling and plenty of seating

I was so happy to find this place still open around 10pm!!! Sadly, the Ferrero rocher gelato was literally melted. When the employee was even scooping the gelato into the cup, I was wondering how in the world will I eat this already melted gelato. Check your fridge temperature and please do better!!! Also the Ferrero rocher tasted so fake oh my god no!!!!! Sorry to give you a bad review, I really was expecting better

I would never recommend this place to anyone, and I will certainly never step foot in it again. I was with a pregnant woman who urgently needed to use the restroom. The staff clearly saw her standing in discomfort, and instead of helping they coldly stated, “You need to buy something first. That’s our policy.”

What kind of heartless, inhumane policy is that? You expect a pregnant woman to wait in pain just to make a purchase first? Absolutely disgraceful.

To make it worse, two other women came out of the restroom without anything in their hands clearly allowed in without buying anything. So this so-called “policy” is just an excuse used when it’s convenient. When we confronted the staff, they blatantly lied, saying they didn’t see the pregnant lady. Seriously? You had time to stand around laughing, giggling, and mimicking, but somehow missed a visibly pregnant woman right in front of you?

This wasn’t just bad service it was inhuman, discriminatory, and downright shameful. If this is how you treat people in need, especially pregnant women, then you’ve lost all respect as a business.

Absolutely unacceptable. Shame on you.

Absolutely fabulous coffee. Full flavour like we know it in Europe.

Get the lemonade and a pastry. Pastry was delicious but I’d pass on the lemonade in the future because I found it a bit sour. Inside felt a bit cramped but outdoor space was nice and it was gorgeous out!

Milkshakes were too thin :(

OMG it really is the best milkshake I've ever had, the girl who serves me is super friendly, she's not Canadian, and I hope they raise her salary, the place is really worth it.
