Holly was genuinely one of the sweetest baristas I’ve had. From the moment i walked in she made me feel so welcomed and comfortable. She was kind, attentive, and had such a warm presence that made the whole experience feel extra special; you can tell she truly cares about the people she serves! Great service is one thing, but being remembered because of how kind you are is another & Holly definitely has that. Thank you for making my visit such a lovely experience...
I left Lola a bit disappointed. The ice cream flavors were just moderate-not bad, but nothing truly special. What really stood out was their attitude-they didn’t allow customers to taste different flavors, even though the prices are quite high and could easily cover the cost. I think if they gave customers a small chance to try, even with a smaller scoop, it would help them discover new favorites and bring them back. And on top of that, the cone was a letdown-it wasn’t...
