So I don’t normally get Chinese food from food courts because I usually expect pretty average, low-grade Chinese food… but honestly I just wanted nice general tso chicken and some nice noodles and Manchu Wok surprised me.
The flavours were actually really good, the food was fresh, and the portions were generous. I went in with low expectations and left genuinely impressed. It’s one of those times where I’m happy to admit I was wrong.
You come for the food! Not the service or atmosphere, it’s a mall!
Food wise they get a 5 star. It’s NO MSG and you don’t feel inflated after eating one bite of chicken unlike most other Chinese places do.
Service was not bad, the lady packed my plate pretty full! And I saved a bit of money by paying cash.
Atmosphere, you’re surrounded by minimum wage workers at the mall what do you expect?
