10 years ago the staff gave me 20 apple pies because their ice cream machine was down and to this day I continue to go out of my way to bring my business to this McDonald's location due to their excellent customer service.
I’ve had a mixed experience at this McDonald’s almost every time I’ve visited. One of the most common issues is with the drive-thru, where my coffee order is often incorrect. While the staff usually correct the mistake when I point it out, it still leads to unnecessary delays and wastes time — especially frustrating when you’re in a hurry.
