The food was McDonald's so it was what one would expect. Order was fast and accurate. They have a nice seating area with a couch that was pretty nice to eat at. The washrooms were clean and well stocked.

Incompetence throughout! The girl taking the drive thru order screwed up and had to re order at the window. Proceeded to pick up window, the girl gavee my drinks and said have a good day! I had to tap on the window to ask where the 3 meals were! She said .... You ordered food? I said yes 3 meals. She looked at her screen and said oh! I see it here. Please wait. 5 minutes later she brought the food. Got home and noticed the order was wrong. They make mistakes all the time. Some of the employees there are really stupid! If I offended anyone, too bad. Do your job CORRECTLY. IF YOU ARE TOO STUPID TO WORK AT McDonald's, there's no where to go from there!

It's the usually location I'll visit out of the many in Burlington. I find that their drive thru people are sometimes hit or miss - some are great and others don't seem to know what they are doing.Only ever had one bad chicken nugget from here.If they ever ask you to park and wait for someone to bring out your meal, my average wait time has been 15+ minutes. Only once I went back and got a refund because I honestly have better things to do then wait this long each time. (And there are many other food options around.)It's a fine place for your McMeal.

This location is constantly understaffed. If you are ordering take-out or drive-thru, always check your order before leaving because there is almost always something that has been done incorrectly and you need to go inside and ask them to fix it. Depending on the time of day the kitchen staff don't seem to care at all about how the food looks and I have received some pretty disgusting orders.The deal with McDonalds is that it used to be cheap, fast, low-quality food. Nowadays it's expensive food you have to wait for, and it's still low quality.

Don't expect fresh hot hashbrowns expect cold ones instead! This happened MULTIPLE times at this location and had to go back each time to have then replaced! I've even asked for fresh hashbrowns apparently doesn't exist here and Fairview location. Breakfast is the only thing I order from McDonald's if I didn't make breakfast home...
