Usually when we have gone in the past everything was amazing when we got in we they said we could sit ourselves we sat at the table they brought the menus the girl gave us two glasses of water somebody come back and we ordered our food nobody asked if we wanted something to drink they were very attentive to the other table of people in the room and we just sat at our table being ignored by the staff I had to go to the front counter and ask for takeout containers as we weren't enjoying our meal in the restaurant we packed her food up and took it home this is a very disappointing experience !!

Food is great! However, there is a female server who was extremely rude to my husband and brother today! Usually they don’t notice these things but she smashed a plate on my husband’s side of the table and clearly ignored him when he called her out to order his food.

A friend and I meet for one or two annual visits to this restaurant. We learned this time to check first parking availability at busy times. It’s in a small plaza with limited spots. I didn’t see any sign posted not to park in front of other businesses — a complaint was left on my windshield. So if you can’t park out front, try behind the plaza or elsewhere. Then you can enjoy the hospitality and great food!

I've been coming to the Burlington Monforts for over 13 years it has NEVER disappointed me amazing food, great staff and love the atmosphere! Open till 4am. You get fast service never have waited and the quality of food is top notch! Great quality and authentic taste! I live in St.Catharines and drive here just for Monforts Chicken Shwarma. I can not rave more about the staff as a whole, the chefs and wait staff are always smiling and happy never encountered an unpleasant staff member. I wish I had pictures to show of my food but the food is too good to wait to take pictures lol I would give a thousand stars if I could. I tell everyone about this place and have brought so many people here who have now made this one of their go to places when they are in Burlington.

Very nice Mediterranean food! Service by Hanna is top notch. We tried the veggie plate , home fries , eggplant salad and falafel pita, everything was delicious. They give soft pitas and fresh salad. Their garlic sauce and hot sauce is yummy. Their chef Tereei makes good food! We will be definitely back!

100% authentic falafel ?, Hanna did wonderful job in guiding us for the best options tonight. I have never eaten this fresh falafel in whole Ontario. Their in house garlic sauce and hot sauce is to die for. Prices are also good. Keep it up guys ?. Love from Punjab.

I've been coming here quite a long time, was a regular customer at one point have since moved and don't frequent here as often as I used too. Over the past 5 or so years they have done major renovations.

My experience this evening was less then desirable. As stated above I've been here many times over the years, my sister in fact worked here for a number of years. I used to get the steak and cheese pita, unfortunately that's become outrageously expensive with the quality of meat failing to stay at the price range.

Tonight I ordered chicken shawarma this used too come with a small side salad, tonight I was charged in addition too the shawarma. 11$ for a side salad, one that is absolutely not worth 11- 5 at best. the chicken was OK, on the drier side but edible.

I did go back into speak with the person(s) serving and was met with hostility. I'm not in the area as much as I used to be, but I will not be returning to this establishment anymore, my what should have been 35$ bill....was nearly 60. And in my humble opinion is not worth that kind of money.

The best Montfort on the planet! I've been coming here for 25 years! I drive from Niagara falls to eat at this Burlington location. Love the staff. Never ever disappointed! But it's gotta be the location on brant street down towards lakeshore for some reason none of the other locations are as good, trust me we've tried them all lol

Absolutely love this restaurant. The staff are always so nice and accommodating and will help with any recommendations. The Montfort chicken pita with the onions and garlic sauce is hard to beat. Takeout is so quick (10-15 mins max) and the food is always fresh. 10/10 recommend.
