STOPP WHYYY WASSS tHE Poutine so good and freshhh omgg would recommend New York Fries made my visit fantastic! They were friendly, professional, and very clean. Our order was quick, accurate, and the food was fresh. Great customer service made the visit enjoyable!

Got amazing service from the two employees working there, they were very nice! My pulled pork poutine I ordered was so good it’s like it was made with love. I would 100% recommend coming here and I’m definitely coming back!

No gloves! I don’t know why more and more restaurants are not using gloves while handling food.

The gentleman at this location opened and closed my box multiple times and touched the food with his finger tips.

Small fries were big. They were fresh, hot & crispy. The free toppings are self added. California seasoning was a little sweet & not distinct but still a nice addition.

They regularly give free fries with their free membership.

We ordered the pulled pork poutine this afternoon. The pulled pork was disintegrated and was more like a Chili than a pulled pork. Very disappointed. ALSO, the poutine didn't come with gravy. I was expecting fries, cheese curds, gravy plus the pulled pork that I had ordered. Without the gravy, the curds don't melt. The fries on the bottom stay dry. They wanted to charge extra , like a buck sixty or something to get gravy. Will not be ordering again.

I ordered a regular poutine it was the nastiest thing I’ve ever had at New York Fries. The fries were old and stale and they added the gravy in the back which was strange. He DROWNED the stale fries in lumpy rancid gravy and it seemed like the employees were confused when they were putting together my order. I had to throw it out. Don't waste your money here!
