“For a pho place in a mall, the taste is surprisingly good—even better than some restaurants I’ve tried. The broth has a rich basil aroma and isn’t overly sweet, which makes it really flavorful. The only downside is that the rice noodles tend to clump together and break easily. The fried spring rolls are great, though—crispy, thin skin with tasty filling, including vermicelli inside. The Thai milk tea, on the other hand, is just okay; it’s too sweet and lacks a strong tea flavor.“

“We just had a wonderful dinner in this amazing place ,I've been ordering from them for a long time ... The owner is keeping the food and quality at the same standards as his opening day ....Coco is such a pleasant person to talk to also she is always attentive and careful .Never had a glass empty ,always comes and ask if we are happy with the food if we need anything......very good customer service. We are driving 20 min to this restaurant but I would do it all the time and the reason is as I said customer service impeccable, accommodation being vegan lots of restaurants found hard ways to accommodate us ....and on top of everything....the positive energy that flows is just above everyone's expectations.“

“If you are craving Japanese food or are just hungry for something awesome, this is the place. We come from 2 hours away to the hospital and we have made this our number 1 stop before going home. The people are awesome friendly and helpful, the place is clean and oozes Japanese style. As for the food it's perfect. From the separate packages for the items(To go for us) to the incredible smells emanating from them. No complaints. I'm a Ramen guy and the bone broth with some chicken skewers on the side. Heaven. “I had a great experience at Noodle and Dumpling in Hamilton. An elderly man cooked our meal, and it was absolutely delicious! Communication was a bit difficult, but it added to the charm. The place has an old-school vibe, nothing fancy, but the flavors were authentic and comforting. “Located in downtown Hamilton, near buses and plenty of paid parking in the area, we visited for lunch on a Sunday. Wasnt busy when we arrived at 1p, although when we left at 2p, and 80% of the tables were full.
Cool and colorful murals filled the walls.

Tasty dishes, option to order spicy level. Hand made noodles take time, 30-35mins for one soup dish so be prepared to wait.

Soups come in one size so prepare to be full, or pack and save for another meal. Very good prices!“

“Really friendly staff and great pho, mango salad, and fresh rolls! Have gotten take out and have dined in several times and haven't been disappointed once. The owner has even been nice enough to give us extra beef in our pho when we didn't ask for it! Highly recommend.“

“this is like the hidden gold of oakville im surprised not more ppl know about it actually their liangpi (cold noodles) is so good and creamy and spicy and it actually tastes beautiful magnificent i would eat this 24/7 and tbh i could because its only 6 dollars each bowl of liangpi.“
