There falafels are really bad now. Always taste burnt which tells me the oil is old. Compared to Tahini's, Osmows needs to step it up and not skimped on ingredients. All locations are cutting back.

It's been a couple of years since I've been to an Osmow's and the experience seems to have gotten a lot worse. Menus are unnecessarily complicated (on the rocks/sticks? Why didn't it say anywhere what "rocks" and "sticks" are?) Food was ok but not as good as I remember, not sure if that's a chain-wide thing or specific to this location though.

Honestly pretty decent ,the only problem was that in the saj shawarma box the shawarma was cut into 4 pieces so it was open both sides therefore the filling was falling out in every bite,

Overall price was it was good and especially for a mall.
