Been to this location a few times to pickup pizza. No major issues with the food, except for the fact how its made. The staff have absolutely no concept of hygiene, no hair nets, no washing hands etc. I asked one of the girls working behind the counter why she's not wearing a hair net and she simply just ignored my question. Going there is sometimes questionable.

Just ordered today for delivery waiting for 30 minutes and they call me to say they have no delivery driver and I have to come pick it up or cancel my order. Why they didn’t call me when my order was processed to tell me this. This has happened before and I am never ordering from papa johns ever again. Worst customer service ever!!!!

placed my order at 10:15, and the website said delivery would be between 11:07 and 11:17. By 11:27, I called to check, and they told me the driver was on the way. I waited another 10 minutes and called again—this time I got the most ridiculous response, but still the same excuse: “the driver is on the way.” Honestly, if the pizza was coming from Hamilton, it could’ve been here already and I have eaten it before mine even arrived. And still the pizza hasn’t arrived lol 😂👍

I ordered a Hawaiian Supreme at 7:24 pm for my kids. The notification said it will take 13 minutes. Got there at 7:44pm to pick it up only to be told that they haven't made it yet. So I had to wait additional 20 minutes. Now I am wondering why I gave them a tip for a disappointing service.

At night this location will cheat you by sending out horrible pizza hoping you are either drunk or too desperate to notice. We order six cheese and they send bland single cheese, the slices are cut like someone is having brain deficiency and then they send random dipping sauces when they claim to run out of the Marinara sauce without consulting you. Horrible cheats i can't stand that this is the 5th time they have done this and they keep hiding behind the fact that is late at night so you might be too tired to go confront them at the store location. Horrible cheats essentially stealing your money and delivering horrible pizza and service. This is the last straw. Stay away from this location. Horrible business

How difficult is it to make the correct order. Ordered six cheese and they send plain regular cheese pizza. They do they every time you order at night thinking they can get away with this. Plus even they replace the dipping sauce ordered with some random sauce instead of informing the customer they have run out. Very very horrible and shady location. Stay away
2 stars cause the wings did taste good without the gross sauce that you luckily gave on the side. Sweet and sour my *ss. Pizza was less exciting and when you have kids you really hear about it. Very skimpy on toppings.
YOU WONT NEED AN ALARM CLOCK THE NEXT DAY.... DIAHREEA WILL FOR SURE COME AND FIND YOU!!! Trust me I uuuuhg-know..... O.o

This Papa Johns is absolute garbage. You never know what you are going to get. Have they changed the menu? Have they changed the prices? Have they changed the specials? Are they connected to the head office specials or not??? What is the food going to look like? Did you get what you actually ordered?? I have been going here for years and it’s a new adventure every time…The staff aren’t friendly at all and at best ate kind of sketchy. Try TezGah pizza down the street instead.
