I can’t believe that a brand as big as Papa John’s doesn’t force their franchises to follow their basic guidelines; This facility was dirty, very bad and old looking, operators not following basic quality standards and the worst part was the fact that they don’t offer the same menu as all the franchises should.

5 star to the workers working every night sometimes the guy is there all alone when it’s so busy. The owner is very cheap only having one worker during busy times… how greedy can you be? Be grateful your workers haven’t quit yet.

Be careful! I have been overcharged twice. I came with my family and the amount charged was not correct, even after adding taxes, they charged me 10 dollars more. Then we decided to come back another time and the same thing happened. They charged us 20 dollars more and when we complained, they pretended it was a mistake. It is very strange to make a mistake twice on different days. So be careful when they charge you.

Employee went directly from handling the cash at the register to preparing the pizza dough without washing his hands. I pointed out the problem, but he simply continued without a comment or apology. It might be worth some additional training and/or inspection. The pizza was very good, but it definitely left a bit of a bad taste in my mouth.
Ordered 4 different pizzas, below average taste overall. Hygiene measures at this place are terrible.
