I have given this location many chances hoping it was just a bad or off day but it has just been awful every time and so undercooked! Employees also have a guy yelling at them when trying to do their jobs.

i asked for a slice of hawaiian and it was $17 with dip? i was like are you kidding me but okay sure ? then i looked at the receipt and im like hey you charged me for drinks and she’s like you don’t want the drinks? and it’s like i never said i did? annoying to just assume. then she said she couldn’t refund me because i already paid . then when she handed me the pizza i realized she charged me for 2 slices instead of 1, which again i did not ask for

The pizza from here is delicious but every-time I order it’s NEVER delivered on time. I place large orders (ordering 10-11 pizzas at a time) and I order before the store even opens and they are consistently 20-30 minutes late every time. It’s frustrating when you are ordering for a large group.

Ordered from doordash margarita + paid extra for chicken(add on) but there was no chicken on pizza and DoorDash refused to refund extra amount I paid but entirely store mistake .
Have ordered from downtown Oakville location and LOVED it. This is about five times in a row from the Fairview location that has been very disappointing. Officially done with this store. Unfortunate because it's 2 minutes from home.

Dumass knocks on the door!! ok maybe they didn't see instructions..there is a sign on my door says do not knock!! Sorry..not again if they can't understand simple instructions
