What happened to my favourite pizza. The carbone pizza is not the same. It was horrible and the staff were not happy about being there! That used to be my favourite! Maybe it has changed owners ?

Ok so the pizza is delicious, but this location is horrible. Ordered for delivery. One large pizza, two dipping sauces - $40 with tax and tip. The delivery person left the pizza on my doorstep in -5 degree weather and didn’t ring the doorbell. I finally went to check the door after some time because the pizza was running late and there was my ice cold pizza. And they forgot the dipping sauce! I called the location to let them know and ask for a partial refund. I was told they could not issue a refund. They offered me a second pizza, which I don’t need. When I asked again for a refund, the staff member hung up on me! Won’t order from here again. Just a total rip off!

I would give 0 star if It wasn’t for the food being atleast decently good. Delivery came in an 1 hour and 15 mins late… then opened up the food and I got the wrong salad (ordered Cesar got Greek) no cutlery for the salad.. good thing the hotel had some.

Wonderful pizza and very good custmer service . Thin crust with artichoke and a godfathers with meat for the guys. Best Pizza I ever ordered. Great and fast service.
