The restaurant provides free parking and a comfortable dining area, making it a great place to enjoy delicious pizza. Many customers find it to be probably the best "chain store" pizza in Canada and enjoy getting a slice or two when visiting Toronto. The Sicilian pizza is often ready in about 20 minutes and is praised for its great dough, excellent ingredients, and perfect cooking. However, some customers note that the consistency can vary, with occasional pizzas being too thin or toppings less than usual. Despite this, Pizzaiolo remains a go-to spot for many, offering fast service and tasty food, though some have mentioned that delivery times can be inconsistent, especially for large orders.
