The signage said to pickup mobile orders on the teams in the middle of the store so I waited for my order to be put there. Eventually heading to ask and it was behind the counter getting cold. Then when I opened my sandwich (egg white pesto) it was the saddest one I've ever seen. Thoroughly disappointment. If second cup didn't have better matcha lattes than its competitors I wouldn't be coming back. Guess I just need to skip the food next time

THIS IS FOR THE SWEET COFFEE LOVERS!!My first time coming here the girl that served me was amazing! I told her I like to have really sweet coffee, normally from any other place I have to put an insane amount of sugar and caramel and I also get cream in my coffee and it still isn’t sweet enough. then I end up spending a fortune on the additives. The girl there suggested the iced caramel coretto (they also serve it hot) I got 2% milk with it and it has espresso in it. This is...

Great coffee, awful customer service.Every time I grab coffee or a bite to eat, the staff seem miserable and like they don’t want to be there. I don’t expect over the top service but I’d love if ordering a coffee didn’t feel like an inconvenience to them.
