The display products have green mold. I understand they are only for display, not for sale, however I don’t think they should display a product that has fungi on it. I discretely mentioned that to the cashier, assuming they haven’t noticed and they will appreciate my observation. They said “yes, we know. That is not for sale… Next”

Normally I have no problems here, I mobile ordered a drink prior to going got there noticed it wasn't ready, no big deal they were busy, 10 minutes goes by and I ask the batista if she has a mobile order for me, instead of checking that it wasn't already made and taken by someone or checking if it was on the thing coming all I get from her is a I'm sure it's coming in a sparky voice, I then waited ANOTHER ten minutes after that point for the drink to be made wrong and get corrected. Overall today was not a good experience !

Honestly, Starbucks is already expensive, but then to get a drink made wrong is ridiculous.

Caffè macchiato (Italian: [kafˈfɛ mmakˈkjaːto]), sometimes called espresso macchiato[1][2] and often shortened to just macchiato in English, is an espresso coffee drink with a small amount of milk, usually foamed.

Not one part espresso and two parts milk

It's a good location, but can the staff please check their mobile orders??? I place an order 10 minutes in advance as I get off my break, but have to wait an extra 6 mins before asking if my order was even started. Which it wasn't. They check mobile orders for drinks quite often, but they never seem to check mobile orders for food.

Edit: I wrote this review while I was still waiting, and I asked for a Siracha sauce, and the male barista didn't acknowledge me and went to serve another customer. Then the female Barista didn't even look at me nor acknowledge that I even asked, so I repeated myself and the lady said: "Yeah I heard you."
I'm sorry I didn't even know if I was acknowledged or not, but you didn't have to respond in a rude tone.
I didn't get a sorry or thank you, and I didn't say anything other than ask about my order.
After finally getting my full order, I said thank you and they didn't acknowledge me again.

This happened on Wednesday December 11th at 7:30 PM EST. There weren't many people in line, and people who ordered after me were getting their orders looked after before mine, so I had to ask about mine, which they hadn't even noticed until then. Extremely disappointed, as I've come to this location plenty of times, and it's not the first time this has happened to me..

These hours aren't accurate!! It says they are open until 9 on Saturdays, on the Starbucks app as well. Just went there, closed and doors locked. I finally decide to look up the Burlington centre website directory for the Starbucks, completely different hours. Says closed at 7.
Total BS.

They do not serve a brewed decaf coffee. Had to pay 5$ for a decaf americano as they have no other decaf options. Also why is a pour over 5$! That is ludicrous it’s basically a brewed plain coffee nothing special and it’s 5$ with no other decaf options. Very disappointing and will not be going back to Starbucks. Older woman at the register was also very rude about it. I ordered a decaf with cream and she barks back a decaf what, I reply a brewed decaf and she just said no we don’t do that. Very rude and unhelpful customer service. Later I checked on the app and realized they do actually have brewed decaf on the app, so if I had placed a mobile order I could have ordered a brewed decaf for 2.95$ instead of a rude employee lying to me and then having to ordered a 5$ americano. Horrible customer service.

Most staff (not all) are just plain miserable and dismissive. I’ve probably ordered here 10 times just for convenience sake and even when saying thank you for my order, they can’t even be bothered to acknowledge or respond. On more than one occasion food items are cold and missing condiments or the wrong drink gets made. I’ll recommend the fairview st location instead of this one to anyone who’s interested from now on

Probably my worst experience at a Starbucks ever. The server who took my order was rude, and looked like she was sick of being there and I don’t blame her. All the baristas were arguing, goofing off and spilling drinks all over the place. The wait time got to be well over 15 minutes for a drink and they got it wrong. I asked for almond milk and no whipped cream because I have a dairy allergy and they made it with whipped cream. All the people who were waiting couldn’t believe the awful service in there. Then when one barista brought out the baked items I kid you not she tossed them all onto the table for people to grab. All the people in there aside from the lady who took my order were teenagers and it didn’t look like there was any kind of management. I have avoided this location because my last trip was also bad, I thought it’s been a while so I’d try again but this one was so horrible I needed to write a review. Never going back. What a joke.

I specifically asked for an iced coffee twice and they still managed to give me a hot coffee. I don’t drink out of their garbage cups because they are inner layered with plastic, and the plastic melts into the hot coffee. $6.59 for a venti black coffee ($1 tip). If I’m going to pay a premium for mediocre coffee, please get it right. Back to Tim Hortons for me, where I’ll spend 1/3 of that, and tastes the same. Tim Hortons at least will give you a new coffee, not give you a smaller size cup to pour yourself, and be stuck with two cups. I didn’t pay to have to do their job.

Won’t be back.

Rude unhappy employees on a Sunday morning.

I was having a bad morning, then I go to this location and the product the app said they have it, they really didn’t. The staff member was so polite offering me something else for the same price and gave me a treat for the inconvenience. So instead of my day getting worse I got a little lift mood with her kindness.

Actually the sweetest baristas in the world! Always so helpful and the space is fantastic to work in. Every single time I’ve been into this Starbucks, they’ve gone out of their way to help me out (such as going all the way to the back to check for one last apple croissant ❤️❤️) and the drinks are always prepared amazingly!!

I love going to this Starbucks location, however one time I asked for a grande vinalla bean cream Frappuccino with cookie crumbles on top. Unfortunately they gave me a venti and charged me full price. Fortunately it was only one time which I will gladly accept because everyone makes mistakes.
