I've come here several times and I consistently get a drink that isn't full and has about an inch missing from the top of the cup. I get that a business can charge whatever it wants for its food but if Starbucks is going to have the gall to charge $8 for a drink they should really train their staff to make sure the cup is full.
There's many reviews here about rude staff but honestly they have been nothing but pleasant to me, I just wish they would fill my drink up.

Why the heck is the coffee never full. I’m paying for an $8 coffee it should be filled to the top.
there is no reason these two drinks (same exact order) are not the same , one is clearly full of cream the other is clearly not , one is full and the other is not . Should be simple to make two of the same drinks side by side.

don’t order ur iced brown sugar shakens from this this location, they can never get it right. Ordered two today and both were extremely bitter and were thrown out, $14 down the drain

The drive-through location at Highway eight fiesta Plaza is the closest for me in the Stoney Creek area and the stuff are always attending with the smile in a positive way.

To addition super Slow! And they did something but not matcha latte! It was slightly colored oat milk in my cup.

I come here once a week, every week. I come in with my dog in a stroller and nobody has ever complained except this lady Lexy. Not only does she always have something to say, I have seen her allow other dog owners with their pups, meanwhile she has something to say to me. No other starbuks employee has ever said anything about my contained well behaved dog, except her.
