Didn't want to go inside, so I waited in the horrendously long drive thru. Ordered a half sweet white mocha, when I got it, the cup felt cold, and had too many pumps of white mocha. I took one sip and immediately turned around because it was a $9.55 drink that was ice cold. In the end, I ended up having to go in. 35 mins later. Thanks. Won't be back to this location anytime soon

The staff very helpful and friendly good to see smiles on faces.The food I don’t know what you’ve done .does not taste like it used to . It all seems generic. Please let me know when you have upgraded your foods. I can’t eat what you’re putting out there. It’s pretty bad.

Great place, love the vibe however please do something about DEREK, I have been to many starbucks all over the world but it is one employee , who is rude, not smiley, careless employee I have never seen , he is totally against the STARBUCKS culture , doesn't change the fact I love starbucks but just unexpected personality behind the counter in starbucks, Thanks
